What to Expect

 

Your First visit here establishes a foundamental relationship with you and your pet. During your visit, we will make sure to obtain important backround history on your pet ,such as medical , vaccine and medications. This will help us develop a proper health regimen that fits you & your pets individual lifestyles.

 

 

Online Pharmacys 

Clients they would like to get any medications on any online pharmacy we do ask client to fill out our online pharmancy wavier which you can find below. You may send back to our email - info@roselandah.com , drop it off at our office during business hours or you can mail it to our office at 13539 US highway 1 sebastian fl 32958.

Appointment Policy

Will will do our best to honor your appoitment time; however, if there is a patient involved in a emergency situation, we must address their needs of that patien first.

 

 

If you are dropping off your pet for a day for medical care or a surical procedure, we ask that you arrive between 8:30am-9:00am, allowing the staff and veterinairy to assess your pets needs and beging medical care/treatment more quickly.

 

Emergency Care

We do provide emergency care during normal business hours and we also work with local emergency clinics for all after hours needs. For more information, please check out our emergencies page.

 

Payment Options

All payments are due at the time of service. We do not provide payment plans or arrangements. Fees for follow-up visits are not included in most initial procedures and will be billed separately as services are rendered. We accept the following forms of payment with proper identification:

Checks
Credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express

CareCredit  which offer third-party payment plans to qualified applicants

Scratchpay
Pet insurance

In the event that your pet needs hospitalization, you may be asked to leave a partial deposit. The initial deposit will include the office visit plus half of the estimated cost of treatment. The balance is due upon completion of services. The full fee is required at the time of discharge.
