Our hours have changed: We will be closed on Saturdays until further notice and Monday-Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm.

Roseland Animal Hospital is still open and caring for animals.  We want you and your pets to stay safe.

This means we will not be allowing owners to accompany their pet during the appointment. A member of our staff will pick up your pet from your car, fill out a history questionnaire, then escort the pet inside to see the doctor who will communicate with you via phone.  If you would like to help with the process, the questionnaire (below) id printable and you can fill it out before your appt with us, Then simply bring it with you to the appointment.  PLEASE STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE.

If you would like to pick up food or medication for your pet(s) or need to drop off a sample, we require you to call ahead so that we can prepare your order.  We will then make arrangements to have your order ready as needed.  Payments will be collected via credit card over the phone at the end of each appointment or medication pickup.

We ask that you be patient with us as we address each and every client’s concerns and needs for their pet. This is in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep our clinic open to care for your pet.

March 21st 2020: COVID19 SPECIAL PROTOCOLS

*IMPORTANT UPDATE!!*
As of March 21, 2020 we will be implementing a COVID-19 precautionary protocol in an effort to protect our staff and our clients from exposure. This will allow us to provide quality care for your pets during this challenging time.

We will postpone all elective surgeries to reduce the number of people and animals coming through the clinic. If you currently have a surgery scheduled our team members will be calling to reschedule your surgery. We apologize for the inconvenience, but feel we need to follow the new guidelines outlined by the AVMA.

This means we will not be allowing owners to accompany their pet during the appointment. A member of our staff will pick up your pet from your car and escort them in to see the doctor, who will communicate with you via phone. We will provide a questionnaire for you to fill out and present to our technician. Payments will be collected via credit card over the phone at the end of each appointment. We will also NOT be excepting cash as the moment.

If you would like to pick up food or medication for your pet(s) or need to drop off a sample, we require you to call ahead so that we can prepare your order. We will collect credit card payment at that time over the phone. We will then make arrangements to have your order or drop off ready as needed.

We ask that you be patient with us as we address each and every client’s concerns and needs for their pet. This is in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep our clinic open to care for your pet
